Norfolk Harborfest & Tall Ships

The world's tall ships come to OpSail 2012 Virginia in Norfolk. There will be a "Sea and Air Parade of Sail" on June 6th, and a Tall Ship Parade of Sail on June 8. This huge event coincides with Norfolk Harborfest.

In addition to the parades of sail, the festival offers public tours of navy ships, tall ship tours, and military heritage encampments. The tall ships leave Norfolk on Tuesday, June 12th, to sail up the Chesapeake Bay to Baltimore.

Norfolk Harborfest

Harborfest is Hampton Roads' biggest festival. It includes a huge fireworks show (Saturday, June 9), concerts, food and fun activities. Come to Town Point Park in downtown Norfolk to experience it all.

OpSail Virginia and Harborfest are the "can't miss" events of the summer. Be sure to attend.
