Cuba Cruises from Norfolk

Cuba was to be a new destination for Carnival cruises out of Norfolk, Virginia. But then the government banned the trips. The ship was scheduled to be at Havana for 12 hours; from 9AM to 9PM. That would have provided ample to tour and experience the local culture.
